The 10th Trenchelss Asia 2018 Exhibition, which is scheduled to be held in Malaysia on each other year, will be held in Kuala Lumpur again next month, from May 7th to May 8th, 2018. Although this exhibition is not very big, but it has a good name for being quite professional in trenchless industry, cause both of the exhibitors and visitors are expertized companies in this industry. Including the rig manufacturers like Vermeer, Goodeng, Tangxing, XCEM, and etc, and mud recycling manufactures like GN Solids Control, and chemical providers like Puyang Chengxin, service providers, pipeline layers, slurry transportation contractors and etc.
Last year, GN Solids Control brought a desilter mud cleaner to exhibition, which was compact but popular for treachless projects. And this year, GN plans to bring a new product, which was just shown in CIPPE 2018 Beijing and attrached numerious eyeballs.
What new equipment will GN bring to the Trenchless Asia?
Last year, GN has brought out a vacuum pump with a transferring capacity of 40 cbm per hour. That powerful pump was sold to many jobsites for the oily sludge separation or slurry treatment works, and this year, based on the design and feedback of the GNSP-40A vacuum pump, GN engineer team came up with a new model, with half capacity as 20 cbm/hr and equipped with wheels for being portable. Before CIPPE 2018 which was held in March in Beijing, this new pump was successfully tested. This one which GN team will bring to Trenchless Asia, will be the exactly same one from CIPPE Beijing, and GN plans to sell it locally in Malaysia, at a promotion price.
Main characters of the GNSP-20A Vacuum Pump:
1. Transferring capacity: 20 cbm/hr
2. Solids content: up to 80% (that’s why it’s also called a solids pump)
3. Distance from pump to material location: 50 meters
4. Distance to destination for transferring: up to 500 meters
5. Fully mechanical, only need air source, no electrical parts in design. Fully explosive proof.
