Russia has the second largest oil reservation in the world, and the countries adjacent Russia also have rich oil reservations. But considering their natural environment, the drilling work is not easy to do, cause for nearly half a year, the those countries are covered by snow, in some places like Uzbekistan and Siberia in Russia, the temperature could as low as minus 50 degrees centigrade.

It is really a tough task for the mechanical equipment, for the lubrication and stable operating, cause only high quality equipment made of standardized steel, optimized design and reassured electrical components could endure such extreme conditions.
Recently, GN Solids Control, the leading brand in this industry in China, has delivered a full package of such solids control systems to Uzbekistan. End user didn’t choose GN Solids Control by accident, cause in this industry, GN has been working with Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan for more than 10 years. Like Baker Hughes, now is BHGE in Russia, is using GN equipment in an ice world in Russia. GN equipment has been having good reputation not only there, but also all over the world.

In this project, the end user ordered a full package of solids control equipment including GNZS series shale shaker, GNZJ series mud cleaner, GNLW decanter centrifuges and all transferring equipment like centrifugal pumps for mixing and feeding for desander and desilter cones. Mud agitators and mud guns are also GN important products as parts of a complete solids control system.

In order to achieve high quality and stable performance, GN only source raw material from qualified suppliers, for example the paintings, the vibrating motors, or the normal motors. The electrical devices, GN use international famous brands like Schneider, Siemens, ABB. For high speed centrifuge bearings, GN use genuine SKF and NSK.

During the 11 years development, GN Solids Control now export its products to more than 70 countries in the world, some are being used in extreme hot places as Middle East with temperature up to 60 degrees centigrade, some are working in quite cold places as Siberia with temperature lower than minus 50 degrees centigrade. We can not change tough weather, but we can be tougher.
