As one of leading manufacturers in separation industry, especially in oil and gas, GN Solids Control has an engineer team with rich experiences, and recently they come up with a new combination of equipment and put it into reality, which is proved to be a success.
This system is designed for oil based drilling cuttings washing purpose, containing following main equipment:

1. One set of drum shaker for coarse separation.
2. High G drying shaker for large particles separation
3. Dynamic mixing units 2 sets
4. Horizontal decanter centrifuges 2 sets
5. Inclined plate clarifier 1 set.
6. Conveyors including screw conveyors and belt conveyors.

All those above mentioned equipment, only except for the conveyors, are used for separating step by step based on particle size ranges, from the coarse particles to the fine particles. And all those equipment could be grouped into following sections:

1. Pre-treating section, it is used for crushing the particles into smaller ones and also for coarse screen separation. Drum shaker is mainly used for this purpose. It will ensure the particles for next step separation are suitable for the screen mesh and a certain capacity.

2. Shaker section for choosing out the large particles by using a GNZS-594F high G dryings shaker with 4 pcs of screens of 2.73m2 screen area. This shaker has 2 sets of 1.94kw vibrating motors with a high G force up to 8. It is specially designed for drilling cuttings treatment.

3. Mud preparation and washing section: this section is equipped by 2 sets of dynamic mixing units.

4. Solids and liquid separation section: at this stage, there is no much large particles in the liquid, and a decanter centrifuge could serve this job quite efficiently, and for this section, there are 2 sets of GNLW363 decanter centrifuges, which high speed at 3200RPM.

5. Section for second-time washing

6. Section for second-time solids liquid separation. It is a GNIPC, with IPC short for inclined plate clarifier for thoroughly sediment of extra fine particles.

7. Solvents recovering section.
