1. GNCD930 cuttings dryer. It is like a vertical decanter centrifuge, or more alike to a washing machine’s drying function. It will reduce the oil on cutting to less than 5%. It is especially designed for OBM and SBM. The vertical cuttings dryer is always fed by a screw conveyor which is linked to the other screw conveyor for collecting drilling cuttings from the shale shakers.
2. GNLW363 Decanter centrifuge. It is used for treating the liquid phase after the vertical cuttings dryer, for choosing out the fine particles. Then, after the decanter centrifuge, the drilling fluids are to be returned to the drilling procedure.
