The ViST vacuum screen device is a new product designed by GN Solids Control of year 2018. It is an optional device to be used onto a shale shaker, and it is designed to be fixed on GNZS shakers at first, and later, to be customized onto other shakers.

It is a devise with a collecting pan under the last piece of shaker screen, by giving a negative force from beneath this piece of screen, and around 30% to 50% extra useful drilling liquid is to be collected by this device. At same time, as more liquid is collected, the cuttings are getting dryer. In this case, the shale shaker equipped with the ViST could take place of a high G shaker, by lower cost and smaller foot print.

In solids control system, the situation is same. Cause most of solids control systems are using 2 or 3 sets of shakers in parallel, a set of GN ViST vacuum screen device could serve for 1 to 3 sets of shakers at same time. Now this GN ViST is already introduced to a European company, who is proceeding to test this onto other brands shakers, like Mongoose, or Cobra

Is there any other equipment does GN Solids Control provide?
